Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo (Cafe Delas)
Our baseload coffee.
A classic natural from the Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil's most consistent growing region, selected specifically to taste the same lot to lot, year to year.
Expect everything a great Brazil natural should be: big body, low acidity, chocolate, hazelnut and a dried-fruit sweetness from the dry process - cherries sun-dried whole so the fruit sugars soak into the bean. Made for espresso, built for milk. Your flat white wants this coffee!!
It also comes with a story worth backing. This lot is sourced through the Café Delas Program: 100% grown by women farmers, with a portion of every sale reinvested in programs that give women in coffee the resources, training and voice to grow their operations.
Roasted, as always, on our all-electric Bellwether when the grid is greenest.
